The final value may be confirmed after MK Repairz receives and inspects the device.
Device Condition
The customer must provide accurate information about the condition of the device.
This includes disclosing:
- Cracked screens
- Damaged housing
- Water or liquid damage
- Faulty buttons or cameras
- Battery issues
- Charging problems
- Network or account locks
- Missing components
- Previous repairs
- Other known faults or damage
If the actual condition differs materially from the information provided, we may revise the offer.
Trade-In Price
Where specifically stated, the trade-in price may be the same as the applicable selling price for the relevant device.
The applicable price will be confirmed by MK Repairz following the required assessment and inspection process.
11. Sending a Device to MK Repairz
Customers are responsible for safely packaging their device when sending it to us.
Before sending a device, customers should:

- Remove personal accounts from the device
- Remove passwords, PINs, and activation locks where applicable
- Factory reset the device where instructed
- Remove SIM cards and memory cards unless otherwise requested
MK Repairz cannot be responsible for personal data left on a device that has been submitted for trade-in or repair.
12. Trade-In Inspection and Offer
Once the device is received, MK Repairz will inspect it.
If the device matches the information originally provided, the quoted price may be confirmed.
If the inspection identifies additional damage, faults, or differences from the submitted information, we may provide a revised offer.
The customer may accept or reject the revised offer.
If the customer rejects the offer, the device may be returned in accordance with our applicable return arrangements and any applicable return costs.
13. Trade-In Payment
Once a trade-in offer has been accepted and all required checks have been completed, MK Repairz will arrange payment using the payment method agreed with the customer.
Payment processing times may vary depending on the payment method and banking/payment provider.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment details.
MK Repairz cannot be responsible for delays caused by incorrect payment information supplied by the customer.
14. Ownership and Stolen Devices
You confirm that any device submitted to MK Repairz is legally owned by you or that you have full authority to sell it.
You must not submit:
- Stolen devices
- Lost devices
- Devices belonging to another person without permission
- Devices subject to an ownership dispute
- Devices obtained through fraudulent activity
